How to Wear the Fat Loss Patch

Tips for Wearing the BeThin Patch

1. Expect to notice size changes in three weeks to three months. You may gain muscle and not lose much weight, so gauge your progress by how your clothes fit and not the scales.

2. The patch works as natural healing, so you may not feel anything.

3. Drink plenty of water every day. Eat three balanced meals a day and exercise lavishly.

4. Apply a new patch every day. Place on the top or bottom of your foot, ankle, or wrist.

5. After removing a patch, wash the area with soap and water, then apply the new patch to a different location.

6. If you are on medication for high blood pressure, thyroid, or asthma, your medication could be more effective when wearing the patch. If so, ask your doctor to cut back your dosage. Other medications may also be more effective, so be on the lookout for changes.

7. If you're highly sensitive to foods and the environment, start by wearing half a patch until your body acclimates to it. Then increase to a full patch.
